I am still quite young and steady on my feet but there were people older than me finding it really hard to stand up for so long waiting to get through immigration, this airport is tiny so I wasn't expecting amazing service but it has a long, long way to go to be considered acceptable in this day and age, it's simply not good enough.

It's expected that airports charge extra, don't really care about the big price hike it's the behaviour of the staff here that was so offensive. She literally shook with anger when we asked if it was correct. If you charge 5x normal price you shou should accept that people may ask if the ridiculous price is correct.

Very good service as usual, a little slow on passport checks on landing but you can expect this at what is happening in France at the moment.

If you are going to charge 5 euros for a small bottle of sparkling water, at least have the courtesy to be respectful when a customer queries the price.

Small but efficient airport.
Straightforward, food options before and after security.
Drinks options included tea/coffee, beer, wine and soft drinks
Food options included baguettes, paninis and wraps as well as salad.
Snacks included chocolate, crisps, fruit

Airport ok but avoid the bar. Short measures, warm beer, staff disinterested, over priced. Need we say more!

If you're last off the plane then expect an hour long wait (at least) to get through immigration as there was only one member of staff on when I arrived on April 16th 2016, by the time I got through the shuttle bus to take me into Beziers had left so with no other means of public transport I had to get an expensive taxi, I asked the lady on customer services why the bus wasn't there and she explained that it couldn't wait for every passenger to get through immigration as it has a schedule to keep, it was pathetic.

The airport Beziers Cap d'Agde is a small and manageable airport with a good service.
The architecture of the building is dominated by the view from the south and is reminiscent of the game of waves in the "Golfe du Lion".

What a shame that this is the first point of contact for visitors to the region, Not typical we say!

No smoking area and only a single male and female toilet after security.
