Let me preface that the custom is to only add a tip for exceptional service. In fact the night before dining here we ate at a top restaurant next to Paul McCartney and there wasn't even an option to tip. My group of 8 dined here on January the 4th. When the bill came I decided the service was not exceptional and left no tip on my 890 euro bill. A few minutes later I was face to face with a man who claimed to be the manager demanding to know why I had not left a tip. He was not discrete about it and spoke so everyone around could here. I'm a reasonable and non confrontational person. I tried to explain in quite voice my understanding of the tipping policy and he continued to raise his voice. I responded by explaining that I don't find this to be the proper way for him to address me and I would not be changing my tip. What comes next is is truly flabbergasting. He tells my group to "get out and never come back," and starts physically pushing us out of the restaurant. By this I mean he was removing our chairs and pushing a lady in our group with his arm on her shoulder. Making a scene for us and for the other diners. It ruined what was up until that point an enjoyable last night on the island. I want to add that we were in no way disrespectful to any of the staff. Nothing like this has ever happened to any of us. I will not be returning here and recommend you enjoy one of the many other fantastic spots on the island.

The view is incredible and the food is some of the best I've ever had. Cocktails are well crafted too. Highly recommend!

Amazing dinner and drinks great dj, super chic looking spot overlooking the port.

Get a reservation! We visited in low season and when we called to book a table we still had to wait 3 days.

Wow. The food was fantastic; one of the two best meal we had on the island. Drinks were also great, the rhum (rum) old fashioned they had was a great change of pace from the typical whiskey old fashioned. We won't be back to Gustavia without visiting Bonito.

great views of the harbor - we enjoyed a dinner around sunset last week. the cocktails are delicious and unique which was very enjoyable. we had heard that this was the best food on the island from a number of folks, but we did find a couple of other restaurants to be far better. don't get me wrong the food was tasty. our party of four got a variety of dishes all cooked to our preference and we enjoyed exceptional service from the staff.

Outstanding ambiance and food. Great view overlooking the harbor. It was somewhat difficult to find, because it's perched up at the top of a very steep hill. However we figured it was worth it and after a few drinks at most certainly was
