Great hotel with exquisite room and superb, friendly and considerate service. We had originally booked for 3 nights, but stayed for 7! We are coming back in force later this year. Thanks.

Room: Loud noise seems to come from a device attached on the roof of room 11 that was vibrating all time. Spoken to the reception 1 girl said other people had complained about the same room before. However the 'decision maker (an older lady)' refused to visit my room to investigate, she said I can 1) the room is fine, stay 2) change room and pay EUR 110 more on top of EUR 220 asked for the noisy room for two nights (single occupancy) 3) leave the hotel and lose the EUR 220.

Shower: Shower door doesn't close - I had to hold the door with 1 hand and wash myself with the other hand. I told the reception, the same 'mean lady' said 'we already know about it, we will fix it in the future', aka. in the mean time wash yourself with one hand while you shower. The water went everywhere outside of the shower door until I realised I had to keep holding it. I almost hurt myself several times because of the slippery floor.

Noisy bedroom (room 11)/Leaking shower/Uncooked bird

Food: If you've ever dined at other 1 Michelin star restaurant you would agree with me the restaurant is not worth visiting. Bird was served rare, some part was completely raw. Starter and desert were laughable but I don't want to go into detail because I don't want to help it to improve. I wasted enough time there.

Buona l'accoglienza, le camere sono un pò piccoline ma dotate di tutto. Il bagno è minuscolo. Il resto molto bello e curato. Bellissima vista panoramica su le Castellet. Attenzione la Spa è chiusa il 1 Maggio!
