Le nourriture est originale et les produits sont frais. L'ambiance générale est agréable. Chaque table a un grille pain pour qu'il soit à bonne température. Seul bémol : tous les produits locaux à vendre un peu partout.

De passage dans cette jolie ville, nous avons découvert cette table créative...Une belle surprise ! Carte très interessante et équipe agréable.
Les saveurs font voyager, l'agneau avec ses saveurs d'ailleurs tout en restant cuisine française.

In an area where the standard is already high, Cabanoix stands out for its superb foie gras platter, as well as the quality of everything else the chef prepares. There are only a few tables and a few items on the menu. Quality, not quantity. A little pricey, but certainly jutified. Modern decor, not fussy. Definitely go, and woth visiting from afar. Also a small deli.
