I would give 1 star only for the view. Such cocky waitress with pouted lips made me really uncomfortable while staying in that place. Even worse food was really plain compared to the price. Please take every single time and money i spent there back.

Great view into the louvre! That's the one star. Terrible staff, unhelpful, rude, slow and seem to think they're better than you (even though you're the one serving me Pierre, on minimum wage, hoping for tips), burger was cheap though ;)

The view is amazing.
Price is expensive but I can take that for the view.
Some of the staff were nice and kind.
Some of the staff were blunt and unprofessional.
But I knew this place's bad reputations so It didn't bother me that much.
And who cares if they are racists or rude enough to think they are better than the customers?
We are the ones enjoying the view with expensive meals and drinks.
They are the ones serving us.
Do not expect service. Just amazing view and it's really good.

This was our first trip to Paris and hands down will not be the last. This particular stood out the most. It was most convenient and had the obvious view of one of Paris' most visited museum. Service was amazing and staff was friendly. We had the pasta with tomatoes and basil. Being vegetarian is hard enough back home, it's even harder when traveling. The pasta here was AMAZING. We would eat here everyday of possible. The food here will definitely be missed.
