Service de très mauvaise qualité et particulièrement onéreux. La conseillère pro, Mme Pefaure, ne répond jamais aux mails. Je change de banque.

Worst bank i have ever had to deal with!! I ve had bank accounts both abroad and here in France and never have i been met with such disrespect and arrogance. The incidents are many ... To name a few they once opened up a 3rd account in my name without my consent and transfered money to it (turned out it was due to some internal "competition" on who could make the most business) , my card has been blocked without either reason or notice, payments got rejected due to the blocked card and cause of this they charged me fees, as well as charging me for sending letters telling me the payments had been rejected (and all this because of a card that had no reason being blocked in the first place!)

Basically, a bank to avoid big time! I have now been with Credit Agricole instead for a few years and never a problem!

Nul !! lamentable !!, une queue de 15 personnes au guichet, 50 mn d'attente et toujours 11 personnes devant moi, la personne à l’accueil se moquer des gens râlant de patience....Vive la banque en ligne, moi pour ma part début 2018 je me casse de cette banque arrogante et incompétente !!

Sa fait quatre mois que je demande une carte bleu et toujours pas fichu de me l'envoyer . Difficile d'obtenir le moindre contact et 6 mois pour effectuer un simple changement d'adresse.

Nous ne pouvons pas vous joindre de l'étranger, aucun email ou numéro de téléphone... C incroyable qu'une banque de nos jour ne donne aucun moyen à ces clients de pouvoir la contacter en cas d'urgence à l'etranger... Je change de banque!!!!

When i still had my salary going into this account i was also called to "mandatory " meetings once a year for "making sure i was happy with the bank etc etc". They only seemed to have been mandatory for me thou since no one else i knew of was being called to these meetings.. In either way they were just a sales pitch and when it was understood i was not interested in updating my card, getting another insurance etc the man got annoyed and made some irritated comments on how my level of French was not good enough (?!) On top of it that was the bank manager himself i was talking to so i am really not surprised if the rest of the staff is the same...!

ma conseillère n'est plus dans cette Banque, c'est très contrariant alors je vais aller à la CE plus près de chez moi.

Service catastrophique, manque de respect de la part du personnel, je ne recommande pas.
Nós nunca vamos compartilhar seu e-mail com mais ninguém.
