Friendly staff welcomed us and were more than happy and prepared to give us advice about the local area. Really big campsite well equipped with very clean toilets. Nice clean swimming pool. Great restaurant with good food and good value. 40 minute walk from centre of aix which is quite close for a campsite beside a big city.

Absolutely wonderful, my girlfriend and I were driving across France and spain, on our way to Spain we needed a place to stay for a few days and needed to pick our friends up from the coach station , pulled up here around 21:00 with no booking and let us In with no hassle , we liked it so much we extended our stay so our friends could camp in luxury aswell.

I think I paid €20 for one person, one tent. I had to pay €8 extra for 24 hours of WiFi which worked terribly. Restaurant not very good and over priced. Staff at reception were friendly though. Also has very basic gym facilities which I liked but overall, average, very average.

We have been having trouble finding Parks open in February, and were pleased to find Chantecler open. Staff were friendly and helpful. They have WiFi that we can receive from within our motorhome ( our first so far), lovely open spacious grounds, great facilities ( washing machines, toilets., etc ), peaceful and quiet.
Definitely reccomend

Très bon accueil. Personnel très sympathique. Les emplacements sont confortables et donnent une certaine intimité. La piscine est agréable et bien entretenue. Les sanitaires pourraient toutefois être rénovés et mieux entretenus. Dommage qu'il ne soit pas possible de rentrer après 23h avec le véhicule (même si cela peut se comprendre pour le calme des autres résidents). Je recommande.
