We have used this campsite several times on our way to the South of France. It is ideally situated in the town centre and at the confluence of the Doux and Rhone rivers. The campsite has wifi access.and is friendly and quiet. The facilities are clean if a little dated.There are a few very reasonable local restaurants serving good quality French cuisine. There is a hypermarche within easy reach by bike or car. We cycled to a local Chocolate Factory on the other side of the river in Tain Hermitage. There are a number of off road cycle routes. You can cycle along the river from Tain Hermitage..pleasant ride.
The campsite owners are very friendly and helpful. A site we will no doubt visit again.

We had a very comfortable stay here. The free wifi works very well, the situation next to the Rhone is very attractive, and the owner is friendly. It is easy to walk into the town for bread etc, or for restaurants. Highly recommended, even though the traffic is a bit congested getting from the autoroute.

Quite a surprise to be so close to the R. Rhone when we arrived, but this is the most beautiful setting with the vineyards of the Tain on the opposite bank. The town of Tournon is close by the campsite, and you can stroll around for hours. Just across the footbridge is Tain. Both towns have markets well worth visiting.

Gut gelegener Platz direkt am Fluß und an der Altstadt. Der Platz selbst ist sehr schön, die Sanitäranlagen allerdings eine Frechheit. Es funktioniert zwar alles irgendwie, aber eine ordentliche Renovierung bzw. Modernisierung steht seit bestimmt über vierzig Jahren an. Schade!
