Très intéressant château: plus de vingt pièces à visiter, chacune meublée. La construction et les différentes étapes d'agrandissement sont bien expliquées. La vie à l'épique est bien rendue par les aménagements et panneaux explicatifs. Les objets mystères sont éducatifs et le tout plaira aussi bien aux adultes qu'aux enfants. Enfin les animateurs connaissent bien leurs sujets. La visite prendra 2 heures en prenant bien le temps de tout lire. Le prix d'entrée est plus que convenable.

I liked the castle . We were the only people there and had the run of the place. A few parts of the building are blocked off but most of it is accessible. The dungeon and attic are interesting. A fair bit of interpretive displays. We spent 1-1/2 to 2 hours exploring.

Sehr schönes Schloss. Man kann mit einem gut gemachten Heft, in dem alles prima erklärt ist, auf eigene Faust alles erkunden. Kein Führer, keine Massenabfertigung. Die Tour geht hinauf bis auf den Dachboden und hinunter bis in den Gewölbekeller. Dort gibt es eine gut gemachte Rundum-Video-Projektion (nur auf französisch). Sehr schöner Schlossgarten. Mit etwas Glück ist im Ort gerade Markt. Dann kann man da prima picknicken.

Fantastic chateau / castle.
Very interesting with authentic furniture and accessories.
The English language leaflets were very informative and explained each room in turn.
There are some very steep steps to the underground areas which may not be suitable to people with mobility problems.
Well worth a visit and I enjoyed it very much.
