The customer service staff are nice however the floor managers don't make any effort to reduce prices of items that are damaged. When I asked for a reduction off a roll of edging (it was their last one and was damaged and the package was open) they refused to give any sort of discount. I went to Leyroy Merlyn and found the exact same roll for €3 cheaper.

Le magasin est bien dimensionné et ne manque pas de place. Donc le choix est grand et il est plaisant d'y circuler pour faire ses achats.

Très difficile de trouver ce que l'on recherche. Très difficile de trouver quelqu'un 'pour vous renseigner et quand vous le trouvez encore faudrait-il qu'il soit de bonne opposition.
