Saw an apartment posting on Seloger. Called to book an appointment for visit 2 days after. Received an email on the day of visit to cancel and was told to call to reschedule. Email and called office multiple times requesting visit but never got called back. Would not recommend

I have come to Paris for a six-month placement. Even if it was a bit last minute, people at the agency have been really kind and efficient at finding me a nice place. I definitively recommand them !

We are really sorry for you, but our real estate agency doesn't keep any deposit, it concerns the owner of your rented apartment, so you should contact him to have information about your deposit. We have called him again to find out about your deposit, and he said that he had already sent you back your check, please contact him directly as we cannot do anything more, all détails are in your contract.

The worst agency, horrible experience. Never witnessed such a lack of professionalism in an agency before. Had so many problems and had to call and write continuously and rarely got an answer before the 3rd or 4th call or email. And huge problems with getting back the deposit. OK, they claim it's between you and the owner, but they really do not help since they messed up the 'etats des lieux'. Do not recommend this agency at all.

Have happily worked with them for many years. I live in London and so everything is handled by phone and email. Have only had 2 dealings with the agency owner which have both been appalling. However, so many of the staff have been outstanding throughout the years. Claire especially, has been beyond helpful, patient and responsible. Charlotte, Grégory to name a few others...

DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY, THEY HAVE NO PROBLEM IGNORING ENGLISH SPEAKERS AS SOON AS YOU LEAVE FRANCE AND KEEPING YOUR DEPOSIT. I would like to warn people against the company Cattalan Johnson which rents apartments to English speakers. I used their services in renting an apartment in Paris. I had the apartment cleaned before I left and was promised a return of my deposit, but I never got that deposit back. When I talked with people from the company they stalled. Then I spoke to the head of the company and she hung up on me. Unfortunately I had returned to the US after leaving the apartment which meant I couldn't go to their office in person. Thanks to Cattalan Johnson I lost over 3,000 euros or about $4,000 at the time. I strongly advise anyone thinking to use this company to look elsewhere.
