I had the pleasure to be hosted at Lionel's place during a travel trip to Lemans circuit, and I have to say, It could not be any better: The position of the B&B is great, just outside Lemans, easy to reach the circuit (15 minutes without traffic) and close to Lemans town centre. It is perfect if you don't want to go camping and need a proper bed. The house is lovely, nicely french decorated, airy, light, fresh and surrounded by a beautiful garden, and there's a cosy swimming pool! Lionel is probably the perfect host. During my staying, he washed my clothes and prepared some really really nice breakfasts, home made jams, freshly baked french baguettes, yoghurt, proper nice coffee, milk (soya as well, he's very much into genuine and healthy food too), and if you like, he prepares fresh egg, ham or bacon. He was extremely kind to me, giving me some good advices regarding local restaurants and activities to do, He even offered me to take his bike for a ride! I couldn't be more pleased by the humanity, the warm welcome and the genuine hosting attitude of him and his fiancee. And they have a beautiful little cute dog! Last but not least, the people that were hosted on other rooms were also very nice, which reflects the way Lionel cares not just about the house, but also about the people who come to stay at his B&B. Un accueil chaleureux & convivial.
Lionel est avenant et ouvert.
La maison est superbe, les chambres propres.
Un super petit déjeuner (trop bon les pains chocolats et le pain !!)

Accueil très chaleureux, hôte bienveillant et attentionné envers chacun. Chambres et salles de bain tout confort. Nous avons passé un très bon week-end dans un fort joli cadre.

La Bréachère à Hyvré l'Evêque : très bel endroit, accueil sympa et prévenant, le pied ! Pierre Delbarre.

Nous recommandons cet endroit et nous ne manquerons pas d'y retourner si l'occasion si prête. Une adresse à retenir :)
