It was the little touches that also impressed us like ensuring we had milk for warm drinks - absent in the other accommodation. The information pack was also highly helpful and written in a really friendly way - again, stark contrast to the original accommodation we booked.

Ils seront en contact permanent avec vous afin de s'assurer que le péparation de vos vacances soit la plus facile possible. Ils ont leur propre service de transfert aéroport avec leurs minibus bien reconnaissables avec leur design sympathique. Ces minibus vous attendent à l'arrivée de votre vol à Genève pour vous emmener à la porte d'entrée de votre hebergement. Plus besoind e devoir trimballer ses valises dans les rues de Chamonix à ;la recherche de son logement, c'est idéal!
Plus besoin de faire la queue aux remontées mécaniques non plus, que ce soit en hiver ou en été, ils vous amèneront vos forfaits directement lorsqu'ils vous accueillent à l'arrivée. Quel gain de temps!
Sans parler de la gamme très complète d'activités et services qu'ils proposent par le biais de leurs partenaires selectionnés avec soin.
Des vacances, sans avoir à se préoccuper de quoi que ce soit. Du pur Bonheur!

Our family spent 10 fabulous days in July at the wonderful Pothecary apt. Perfect location, spacious and well equipped and well furnished.
Chamonix All Year staff were very helpful in arranging transfers, getting Mont Blanc multipasses etc.We hope to return! Thank you.

We used Chamonix All Year Round at very last minute when our holiday rental (booked with another company who will remain nameless!!) went horribly wrong. We were left in a position of being in Chamonix at 5.30pm with nowhere to stay on our 9 day break. By chance, I sent an instant message to Chamonix All Year Round and from there, they basically saved our holiday! They kept the shop open and worked tirelessly to find us accommodation at last minute....in the end, they found us a reasonably priced chalet apartment which was absolutely beautiful and in a perfect location. I think their cleaning staff had already gone home so the office staff went the extra mile to clean the apartment for us....just one example of how they obviously care greatly for their customers - quite refreshing given the experience we had with the other nameless agent!!!

Une équipe sympa et dynamique, qui fait tout pour que notre séjour à Chamonix soit une expérience inoubliable. Ils proposent une sélection d'appartements et chalets pour budgets variés et de haute qualité. Leurs services tels que transferts à l'aéroport de Genève, ou livraison de forfait à l'arrivée à l'appartement nous ont permis de profiter pleinement de Chamonix sans nous soucier trop de l'organisation de notre séjour sur place.

We stumbled upon Chamonix All Year by luck but hugely recommend them and we'll definitely use them all the time now.
