Beautiful old chateaux, very friendly and helpful service, room was lovely with comfortable bed, patio and a huge shower.

Absolutely gorgeous and simply a must stay. Very very good value for money in what can only be described as a dream location and like living in a dream. La vie c'est belle.......

Bel hôtel qui a gardé son caractère historique, joli parc même si nous
n avons pas pu en profiter vu la météo.
Chambre dans la partie neuve très agréable, belle salle de bains, lits confortables, manque peut être une bouilloire électrique et quelques sachets de thé et café pour être parfait
accueil très sympathique et efficace, dîner dans la salle de garde menu à 24 euros très correct.

Hotel tres sympathique. Bonne réception. Bon accueil. Jolie chambre. Beau site. Bon petit déjeuner.
Le seul point faible est le restaurant. Service lent. Plats insipides.

Le repas était bon. Simple mais bon. A contrario, le service était décevant. Le personnel était sympathique et accueillant mais il a quand même fallut attendre 30mn pour qu'on prenne notre commande, y compris l'apéritif (habituellement pris rapidement pour faire patienter). De plus, il n'y avait pas beaucoup de tables occupées. Dommage aussi l'odeur de cigarette venant de la terrasse qui rentrée dans la salle. Cette odeur recouvrait la bonne odeur des plats et a rendu l'expérience décevante. Au final c'est quand même un bon restaurant où l'on mange bien.

Superbe lieu avec un personnel très avenant. Salle de restaurant avec beaucoup de caractère, belles assiettes un seul bémol au niveau du service pas à la hauteur du lieu une attente de 50 minutes pour avoir l'entrée!!!

Un très bon restaurant situé dans un joli cadre. La cuisine est de qualité, tout comme le service. Un vrai moment de gastronomie.

We have stayed at this hotel a few times over the years, which says a lot. The problems with the A75 is that there are few hotels on that route that we know about that really give us such pleasure. Outside the medieval chateau is severe but commands an unrivalled view of Millau, Creissels, river Tarn, les Causses and of course, the bridge. If possible have a room overlooking this extraordinary vista. The room we had this time was extremely comfortable and for the first time we had a dog, which was welcomed both in the hotel and under the table in the restaurant; an attitude difficult to find in the UK. The restaurant surpassed all expectations. In the past we have found it patchy but the food was beautifully prepared, presented and full of flavours. Our only small criticism is the breakfast room is cramped, a bit dull and one sometimes feels it is bit of an anticlimax, instead of being the cherry on the cake.
However, our overall experience is a good one and shall not let that flaw our impression. Thank you.
