Beautiful historic castle completely renovated and managed by the owner and his wife. The owner greeted us very friendly, Great room with views of the lake. Breakfast perfect. Located near the town 'of Embrun worth visiting.

Excellent accueil et très bon repas ce samedi 14 octobre.
Rien à redire, c'était parfait dans un cadre bucolique.

A faire en famille! La visite guidée est très intéressante et le château offre un point de vue nouveau sur le lac!

Une honte impossible à visiter hors saison d été je suis passé 2 fois une fin septembre et une fin octobre dans le coin j ai appelé pour faire la visiite guidé d un château faisant partie du patrimoine historique français et surprise une anglaise me répond par 2 fois ho non nous somme fermé pas possible trop occupé donc très déçu de voir dans quelles mains tombe notre patrimoine un monument historique doit pouvoir être visible pas seulement l été et ne dois pas seulement servir de chambre d hôte très déçu!!!

In de folder staat dat ze in de maanden Juli en augustus elke woensdag middag om 15 uur een rondleiding geven, reserveren niet mogelijk. Nou daar stonden we dan voor een gesloten poort. "Vorige week viel de opkomst zo tegen dat we het maar gecanceld hebben, tot ziens. " Was het antwoord dat we kregen via de intercom. Zijn we daarvoor de hele middag thuis gebleven?! Rare mentaliteit en zeer ongastvrij. Maak dan een reserveringlijst.

Un endroit hors du commun avec une vue splendide sur le lac de serponçon. Chaque chambre a un thème esthétique inspiré de la cour d'un roi de France - on voyage dans le temps et on se repose en toute sérénité dans leur superbe jardin

Why stay in a hotel when you can stay in a chateau for about the same price? Certainly an unforgettable experience. Our hosts were very helpful and gracious. We stayed in the annex which is a duplex cottage, very quaint and very modern, with all amenities including fast wifi, a large fridge and kitchen sink. The food was delicious and our hostess was very charming. Pictured is the upstairs bedroom and the duplex cottage annex as well as the downstairs kitchen and sofa bed. The chateau is about a 10 minute walk from the village of Crots below. Highly recommended!
