I previously chatted in English with the owner Guillaume du Foussat, but in this case he kept answer me in French, which was very rude and ineducated - I don't speak French and was clear to him.

I have changed provider of en primeur wine and in the end was a really disappointing experience, it tooked a very long time and a lot of chases to have an answer to my query.
It took a lot for get any answer, so I will pay for the vat charges and shipment and I will never buy again, absolutely not recommanded.
On a previous conversation that we had, he said to me that was possible to pay a supplement for the wooden box, but after I paid and asked for it, he told me that was not possible, on the site the shipping cost are not clear, it is written 29€ for abroad and he charged me 35€ and then he added the with the wooden box would have cost me 70€, this is not written in any part of the website.
