My wife and I had the only bad food experience in four weeks in France and Italy this year. We both ordered the rabbit. It was over-cooked to a tasteless mush. They only shrugged when we protested.

Very good local meals in a nice, quiet environment. We tasted Alsace specialities (liver dumplings and the traditional salad) and weren't disappointed.

This is a really fabulous place to eat. It's like you have been invited into someone's house with a lovely welcome. The food and the wines are excellent and we would highly recommend this restaurant. Don 't be put off by the exterior of the building it all happens inside and the cuisine is of a very high standard. If you want to experience Alsace cuisine this is the place to go with very generous helpings. Can't recommend it enough

The restaurant is in a traditional home and decoration is typical.

Amazing regional food and friendly staff! Book in advance as it is always busy. Very reasonable price.
