Even if it's busy, the sales associates are always very helpful. I bought my first pair of (mens) Louboutin a couple of months ago, and I was very satisfied.

Its a scsndal. You wanna buy shoes for st least 1000€ a pair and must wait in front of the door in the street for entrance like in Disneyland. Its so arrogant and unprofessional. Sorry not with me. People go to Chanel, there you get real service

I went to the store 2 times, once in December and then again in February while on holiday. It's the worst service I have ever experienced. First time I was being helped by a lady who spent more time with someone else so I had to wait for a long time for any help (there were only me and another woman in the store, so not busy). Second time was even worse, no hello when entering the store. I waited on the couch for 10min with a shoe in my hand and no one came to ask if I needed help. Absolute joke of customer service! Never coming here again
