The worst customer experience of my life, and that's saying a lot! I brought my bike there for a simple repair (changing the chain of full suspension bike), and when I got it back, a piece of the suspension was broken. Brought it immediately back and the mechanic was instantly defensive, then I spoke to the manager, who also got defensive, started yelling, denying any responsibly, claiming I was a liar and the bike was damaged before. At that point, I calmly left. Won't be going back for anything there, especially as the prices are way higher than what you can find on the internet.
