Over zealous security and people are coralled like sheep. Not a very relaxing experience. The toilets are very poor for such a large cinema.

Worst experience ever.

- first time: no heating in the theater. 10°C. We left and were refunded.
- second time: the screen was too dark and blurry. People complained but nothing was done by the staff.

Good choice of movies, most foreign are available in English. Even a fair selection for kids during school holidays. The option to buy the eticket from the phone is great.

Les salles sont nickels, on apprécie les sièges à deux. Le son est impeccable également.
Par contre l’expérience client est un désastre. L’espace est incroyablement mal agacé au RDC. Impossible de comprendre les files d’attente... Les produits proposés ne sont pas dignes d’un cinéma récent.
Ce soir on a passé 15 minutes parqué comme du bétail et on a frôlé l’accident à force de laisser des gens monter alors que l’étage est bondé.

Good cinema. Affordable prices, decent screens, decent sound, comfortable chairs

Good theater, though french ads are super weird and use English songs that are surprisingly racist.. though maybe it's not the fault of Pathé.
