The staff here are very friendly and helpful. The location near the train station and metro is ideal. The neighbourhood has everything you could ask for restaurants, bars, food stores etc. Our room is on the 1st floor so we can sit outside with our morning coffee in the courtyard smelling the jasmine vines and listen to the birds. Fabulous oasis.

Great hotel for families. Its an appart hotel so you can cook there. The neighbourhood its nice. Gare DeLyon and Dideot metro station very near.

Nice location. The reception staff was very good and helpful. Me and my family stayed twice here. The rooms were clean but could improve .. the kitchen was well equipped & functional,but the gadgets were old.
Over all.. im happy to stay here and would recommend.

The staff and location were fantastic, which is a shame because we had to leave in such a rush each morning to escape the noise.

My girlfriend's parents were staying here and everytime we visited the people at the front desk were extremely nice. The rooms are great but do not have A/C so that could be an issue depending on the time of year. Another great thing is that the metro is just around the corner and there is so many restaurants nearby. I would recommend this place to anyone unless it is the middle of summer and you can't sleep if it is hot.

Good apart-hotel. Bathrooms are small, but new and clean, Beds are comfortable. Lots of shopping nearby to buy food if you want to cook,

We stayed here for our honeymoon not knowing about the construction currently happening within the hotel. The drilling started promptly at 9am daily, and was loud enough to shake our mattress (which left us with back aches after one night) Also, we did not know that maid service optional, and therefore an extra fee on top of the nightly rate, which would have probably swayed us towards another hotel

Great place to stay. Room Clean, bed comfortable, bathroom great - shower hot and good water pressure. Kitchenette facility great. Excellent location - close to metro and Gare de Lyon. Most Staff friendly and helpful. This is my second Citadines and have not been let down.

I've stayed here with mother and daughter and found it to be comfortable. My mother could shop independently, going out to buy groceries to the markets which were nearby. We felt right at home and my daughter has stayed since which says it all.
No fuss and affordable rates, clean and helpful staff.
