I love the place and... I hate it at the same time! They carry all kind of furniture from mattresses and bed to sofas and TV sets and fridges and more. No A/C during summer months (welcome the sauna!), very old fashion way to present stuff, the staff is at the same time nasty and friendly and helpful. Weird place that I love and hate at the same time!

Staff are unfriendly and even rude! Bad after sales service! Late delivery and no feedback when they are late. I will not recommend anyone buy things here.

There are not many shops for low cost furniture in Paris. This is one of the few, so it is often crowded. Expect to pass quite some time queuing to pay, even when there are not many people around.

I was there during the work week to buy a rug. It wasn't busy. There was one cats register open and a line of four people in front of me. After 18 minutes only one of those people were processed. There were 2 employees on one register and then a 3rd arrived and joined on the same register. I know it's hard to master on your own....pushing buttons and taking money...talking with work friends. I dropped the rug where I stood and walked out. This is the 2nd time this has happened. Never going here again.

Difficult to find staff to help at first, but once I did, a nice staff member fetched me the mirror from the stock room and another staff member (security guard) helped me construct a handle out of packaging tape onto my second box. Security man holds door open and staff are generally quite pleasant! I just wish I could leave purchased items at the store for later pick-up

Absolute Hell. They treat you like garbage, if you manage to find anyone who works there at all. The staff avoids customers, talking amongst themselves most of the time. When the do talk to you they make it clear that they don't care, and try as quickly as possible to stop talking to you, even if you are desperate to buy. My wife and I gave up, and just noted what we might like to buy online. 15 minutes before closing the security guard approached us like we were terrorists and told us they are closed and we need to leave immediately. We politely pointed out that we had 15 minutes, and he became wildly aggressive, literally yelling at us, wild eyed, violently flailing his arms around. I 've lived in paris for a year now and furnished my apartment twice over, but never experienced anywhere else the horrors of shopping here.

Had a very bad experience today..the staff (one black women) is very ignorant,rude and talk so badly..and ignoring us..we went there today to make a devise,she seems uninterested and not willing to do her job. i don’t speak French very well..so I couldn’t say much to her..
