FR - Super conservatoire de musique. Il y a une bonne dynamique, et beaucoup de diversité. Les bâtiments et salles sont modernes et l'organisation est bonne même si parfois il reste des problèmes de disponibilité, de communication. C'est super d'avoir ainsi accès à la musique, pour très peu cher.
EN - Good music school. There is good energy and an open mind. The building and rooms are quite new and the organization is good, although sometimes could be tuned up a little better ! It is great to have cheap access to music at this level.

Overall I would recommend it whole heartedly to any aspiring musician looking to fine tune their skills before attempting one of the reputed schools like Guildhall, Juilliard, or the Berlin Hans Einsler.

Another major advantage to attending the Conservatoire d'Avignon is the number of places you can perform in. From small churches to the actual Avignon Opera with more than a thousand seats. Once every two years there is even an Opera mounted and performed by the students of the conservatoire, both the orchestra and singers (the singers and actors directed by Valérie Marestin and the orchestra conducted by Michel Baruot) in the Avignon Opera.

No doubt one of the best music conservatoire's in France (certainly one of the largest) . All of the teachers are talented and competent, the facilities are modern and very well equipped for musicians and music. The administration is also incredibly helpful and all of them are kind and obviously care about the students.
