Rooms very small, wifi didn't work in the room. Food and drink very expensive. Go to quick next door for food.

Service was good. Rooms clean. Room quiet with window closed. Didn't eat there but food smelt nice. Half hour walk to Calais centre.

Nice and welcoming staff but not comfortable. Ok for one night.

So after staying at this hotel for about 20 years I can say to Cottage hotel that I also have a policy of never again using a hotel that makes a mistake, I was standing at reception when I asked them to change the booking which they did, and charge me for it!

Perfect for an overnight stop, friendly staff and comfy rooms. Did take a while to check out though as the was a queue and only one person on the desk

I Changed my booking at the reception of cottage hotel and was told by the staff member that my booking add been changed for the following week!

What a beautiful service I received at the place. Company didn't book my room, no a problem, late check out not a problem. Not even for a second that I feel like panic or worry. All dealt with a smile and politeness so important for me. From the very first second I felt welcome and like at home. Delicious coffee I wasn't charged for and I love coffee so just seat in the sun and enjoying beginning of my working day. Nice clean rooms and comfy bed, fresh breakfast what else would you wish for. Thank you very much cottage hotel :)

Very friendly, clean and well presented, very warm welcome.Breakfast was very good. Plenty car parking space and so handy for the ferry. One constructive comment, need a none slip mat in shower tray.Very well priced, would not hesitate to stay again, highly recomended.

It was horrible, noise until dawn. The maid was unfriendly and ignorant of the customers.

After a considerable time I was told by the hotel that it there policy not to refund.

Imagine my surprise when I was charged for a no show for the old booking.
