The view of the Seine is gorgeous as you watch the sunset while enjoying a delicious seven course menu in their restaurant. It was my first few nights in France, and ones I will always remember.

I am upgrading my original review to this one which is much more positive. Regarding the earlier review which was negative, I suppose everyone can have an off day. Since our non-guest status meal there we have had occasion to be both room guests as well as dinner guests again. I know I swore I wouldn't return but my inlaws, not knowing about our previous bad experience, thought it would be nice to gift us a night and a dinner at La Corniche on the evening of the day which we would be moving in our new home. We loved it although both my husband and I were prepared to endure another misadventure. We loved it so much that until we have our guest room set up we are booking our guests there. It is now our habit to reserve dinner there for every guest and business dinners as well. The food is very good traditional French with just a flair of modern difference. The establishment is well taken care of an clean. The visits and dinners we have had since our original visit have proved to be unfailingly great.

Nicely refurbished hotel, some rooms with excellent view over the Seine valley. Large terrace for breakfast / dinner gets the same view. Sister bistro within 100m offers great value dining. Fantastic spa and pool facilities.
