La nouvelle Direction a insufflé une nouvelle énergie a ce mythique café qui a perdu son âme

One of the best locations in Perpignan. Just at the foot of the red-brick Castillet. One of very few places open on a Sunday evening in Perpignan. Only gets 4 stars as it's a little overpriced, and the service is slow.
