Flight was delayed, 45min que, when I got to the front I was served by Lionel (may be a slightly different name but this was the one I heard) who was the manager and awful - low empathy, no care or service - simply said "Sorry, you should have called us as you should have been here 1hr 30min ago - we have given your car away" - awful awful service with no suggestions, offer to help - just a repetition of that statement. Do not trust them.
