Accueil d'une femme d'une petite cinquantaine d'années déplorable. Pas agréable du tout ni conciliante. Fuyez ;)
En revanche accueil des plus agréables chez Ada tout proche.

Returned home to police fine and Europcar fine. Time and effort and cost of calls trying to access customer service in UK & France.

This is a scam. The street where downtown Europcar offices are is all “payant”! Scheisters.

Arrived early. Surly man. Took details, printed contract, stuffed in envelope pointed towards car down the street.

Terrible cars. The first car they offered me was a laundry delivery car. Dirty inside and out. The second and last car they had available an Alfa Romeo that looked liked it came back from a Rally race because of the dirt outside. There was an empregada ice cream cone and dirty objects in the car. I had to wash the car before using it. Also the stench of cigarette in the car. Never rent from this place!!

Not car I ordered but OK. However, on checking, damage all around. Returned to office. Waited for others to be dealt with. Showed him the photos from my phone. He showed me details in small type at bottom of contract. Wary but left again. Police giving tickets to all cars in street, a number of which were branded vans. Took them back to office. He smiled & said he would deal with them. Not to worry.

Attente qui vous fait quasiment perdre la journée de location

Had car 4 days. Left it at Avignon TGV station. About 300 Kim’s driven. Paid hire fee, extra for one way, not return to pick up.
