excellent accueil à chaque fois (j'ai loué déjà 5 fois en 6-7 mois), et la seule fois où j'ai eu un pb (voiture "lavée" avec de la cire...), geste commercial. on a beaucoup apprécié

Our car had engine problems and had to stop by for an exchange. When we arrive, the women at the counter greeted us with scepticism and wanted to check the car. After she saw the engine warning sign, she proceeded to tell us to drive the car to another Eurocar 30 minutes away, with a FAULTY CAR! Her attitude was appalling during the whole process, and did not even compensate for the faulty car. She didn't even offer an alternate means of getting to the airport, absolutely unacceptable.
