No doubt one of the best culinary experience you can get ! Where most today's chef open several restaurants in their name and don't even cook there, Chef Emmanuel dedicate his entire time to the Flocon de sel for the best experience !

Super experience , the only thing they can improve is to keep the bees away from clients. But if you enjoy the little accompany from the garden, you might not mind that.

In short, an outstanding restaurant -- enjoyed a 10-course, 5.5 hr "meal of a lifetime" with good friends and incredible food during the summer of 2012. Save up, come with a group and make it a memorable evening -- I rarely wax as poetic about a restaurant as I would about this one. Note: it's very expensive, but if you are looking for something special, that's not pretentious (just exceptionally high craft), tucked into a beautiful corner of the French Alps (not far from the Swiss border), this is very very very much it. You will never forget it!

Excellent food! Well worth the time and expense for a meal of a lifetime. We even got to meet the chef afterwards! My recommendation: come on an empty stomach, get the tasting menu, split a wine pairing (might be too much wine for one person), don't fill up on bread, get the chef surprise for dessert. Made the trip to Megeve memorable.
