Went to buy a new memory card while on holiday and the one I got wasn't compatible with my camera in the end. Only discovered this after trying it and opening the product. Went back and spoke with a staff member and they took the card back and gave me store credit. I found another I thought would work and she let me try it before buying it! Easy enough experience, got slightly confused by the different counters for exchanges etc but was kept right by the staff. Over all was a very happy bunny when I left.

Un choix éditorial très pauvre, une partie technique très correct.
Le magasin et mal tenu et le comble les caisses sont au fond du magasin ce qui fait de vous un potentiel voleur aux yeux des vigiles à la sortie.
Bref... Une Fnac bien pâle comme beaucoup à présent.
