great spot. Not right in the heart of the old city but 3 minute walk and it made the perfect difference.

We booked this hotel in vieux Lyon for 4 days and was amazing very central to everything, the staff are very welcoming and very helpful, the room very nice with nice catacter and has some nice features , there is lovely small swimming pool for chilling after long day checking the city .thanks to all the staff that made lovely stay we definitely be back to this hotel

Warm welcome, good english spoken. Small but nicely fitted out room. No kettle; water only on arrival. Pool very welcome although unusually positioned next to the dining room. Good breakfast. would happily return if a central Lyon location was required.

Considered several other hotels in the area before deciding on this one. Haven't regretted it at all. Friendly and competent staff at front desk. Location was perfect as a base for exploring the city and restaurants etc.
The room and bed was comfortable. A bit too much furniture was the only minus but we managed to stack things and made better space.

We were in a bind because Hotel De Paris (down the street) was not what we expected. Although the room was relatively expensive, the staff were very nice and helped with our bags. They even let us bring our cats. The room was clean and the location is great.

Ever so disappointing. Stayed with my husband and child there 2years ago...
The rooms were good size and comfortabke everything else was a let down.
Breakfast buffet half empty
No baby high chairs
Stairs and steps everywhere so very difficult to access with a pram
Pool timetables and location were very awkward meaning it was closed most of the time...
You pay for the prime location not for the accomodation.

Staff bent over backwards to help make my stay in Lyon fun. The Snack and house wine are well prepared, presented and delicious. Bed was very comfortable. The neighbourhood is filled with many great restaurants, an amazing all media store, "La Bourse" which has an English book section and an eclectic and interesting music and comic book sections. Enjoy!

We liked the hotel. The staff. Everything. Very quirky and unique building. Room was great. Location is perfect. But the staff real selling point. One young lady, I believe named Audrey, was very helpful and friendly. She helped pick a restaurant she knew would be good for us because we didn't want to eat in the main tourist area. (She ate there on Valentine's Day herself).

Beautiful hotel and position

Restaurant Albert was excellent. Great experience and we loved the area too. Saw local Lyon. Loved the whole experience
