I didn't had credit card. sou they take deposit in cash 2
times more then car rent cost. I payd for car rent 600€ and they teiked deposit in cash 1200 sou totaly 1800 and they sead thet they will give back 300€. and now past 3 months and they dont give my back thet deposit. wery bad company whit europcar ther wasint any problems they acepted my debit card. hertz worker wimen whit black here abaut (48years)was wery not polite. I could tel hou she was not polite but it will take all day. so no mor hertz rent. beter europcar they gived my discount for one month rent. europcar +++++

Great service and staff is friendly! My friend's flight had been canceled and in the end she would arrive on a later flight at midnight and outside office hours of Hertz. We called and the staff was very friendly, flexible and they remained open to enable her to pick up the car at midnight.

Je n'ai jamais vu un loueur aussi médiocre, j'ai réservé et pré-payé sur internet une catégorie Y, à notre arrivée pas de véhicule disponible, au lieu de nous surclasser ou me donne, malgré mon refus, un véhicule de catégorie inférieure. Cerise sur le gâteau, au retour de la location, on me facture le plein d'essence que je venais de faire à la station de Blagnac, un 2ème conducteur que je n'ai jamais demandé, et en plus on me facture la catégorie supérieure !!! Mme Jebabli directrice de la succursale incapable d'assumer ses erreurs me renvoie au site de Hertz.fr pour mes réclamations...Lamentable !

Terrible!! - Hired a car for 5 days. Returned the car within the agreed time with a full tank of petrol. Just had the invoice through the door stating they are charging an extra day and a full tank for £160!! Called the desk number and all they do is tell me to use the website to complain.. I frequently hire cars all over Europe and I can honestly say this is the worst customer service I have experienced. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Very very long wait to pick up car. Unacceptable especially when they must know how many people to expect with pre booked car times and pick up.

friendly and helpful staff who spoke English well. The car was brand new (966 km on the clock) with a brilliant Renault sat nav thrown in for free! there was no hassle about insurance - i'd only taken out the basics with extra cover from a 3rd party to make up the excess if required. would recommend them to others and will use them again if i ever come this way again.

Failed to honour the price car reserved at, and charged me a much higher standard daily rate. I signed the rental agreement upon the advice that any difference in the rate charged and reserved would be refunded despite several e-mails this has not happened. Strange that no one inspected the car at the start of the rental or the end.

The worst car rental ever. The plane was early and I came 30 minutes before the posted pick up time. Although the car was ready and no other customers waiting, they didn't give me the car and I had to wait 30 minutes until I finally got the car.
No sense of customer service. Never again.

I will not be using this Hertz location again

J'ai un vehicule rayé j'avais demandé une boîte automatique ils m'on passer une manuel je voulais être dédommagé niveau prix ils m'on dis c'est sois vous prenez si non vous allez ailleur et cerise sur le gateau ils m'on facturé un plein qui à été fais juste avant de restituer le vehicule. Donc plus jamais !!
