Équipe très sympathique et professionnelle. Explications claires. Prêt d'un véhicule par l'intermédiaire de la garantie de mon véhicule accidenté, je ne peux m'exprimer concernant les tarifs pratiqués.

Maybe a pickup at Lyon airport might have been easie but......

While when you received the car at other cities, you received the old under renovation address as returning car address instead. You have to google it or browse their office website in order to know their HIDDEN temporary car park (10 mins away from the original address!!), and even worse, you don't know the entry password for the carpark space building. You have to wait 'with luck' to find their other colleagues passing by ... totally piss me off !!

Je loue régulièrement des véhicules + de 10 mois dans l'année, je tenais à féliciter l'ensemble de l'équipe pour leurs réactivité, mais surtout pour leurs professionnalisme, en plus ils sont très sympathique +++++

Alegedly they don't accept debit card! But just telling at the counter. Had to come up with inventive solution. One and a half hour lost. Plus 45 euros of railstarion pick up tax!! Come on. Service was ok though.

I was asking for help and the staff was really friendly.

We dropped it off in Avignon, which is also a Challenge. Be good if Hertz did a simple brief, as we have not driven in France for 4 years, and "Things have Changed" - and for the worse too.

When we got there ELSA was terrific (all the staff were as usual), but we had to trek quite a way to get the car. Really a Pain. Hard to get out of Lyon, as the GPS (and aircon) in the car did not work.

Almost impossible to find in both Lyon and Avignon. Not well signposted.

Catastrophique! I have to admit that the location adjacent to the Lyon Part Dieu TGV train station is ideal to pick up the car. But watch, the car park is up a long flight of stairs, and good luck when you have many suitcases to log around. Then you have to walk quite a way to get to the Hertz section, all the way to the end. The horror show is when you want to return the car. There is no indication whatsoever, no signs to show you where the hell is the entrance to the parking. So we turned for one hour, dealing with an incredibly difficult maze of one way streets, with maddening restriction, ending up one in the parking lane of a commercial center, only to have to get out of it and pay a fee! The address listed is not correct and the GPS leads you somewhere different. It's only by a fluke, when turning my head that we found the entrance and daringly drove over a speed bump to get to it. When complaining about the lack of signs the clerk said that we were not the only ones and that people have actually missed their trains!!!! Hertz has not reacted to the complaints and will probably not do anything about it. Useless.

Only when you arrive you will find the carpark space outside Hertz Lyon office for returning car is under large renovation.
