Lovely hotel close to the station in Arras. Rooms are spacious, clean and well looked after. The bar is a bit pricey though.

I wasin this placefor 8 nights. Excellent location. Small crampy rooms. Maybe i should not look for large rooms in France! Rather sad breakfast. Wifi is not the best. The people at the front desk are very helpful. I Maybe i should try the Mercure next.

Rooms are clean and tidy, staff are friendly and helpful. The Wi-Fi is very bad.

Spacious room and delicious breakfast buffet. The hotel and room was very clean. The service was respectful and professional. I would stay here again.

Shabby and rundown looking inside and out. Nice clean breakfast area but rooms are old, bathroom smells of urine and beds so hard my neck and back was aching. Lots of immigrants lingering around hotel, made us feel unsafe. Only positive I found was it was within walking distance of town centre.
Would not stay again.

It's a good stop over just inside France to break the journey up... Stopped here many times on business but would also consider for personal travel.

Clean, well maintained and also got location for seeing Arras.
