Excellent value for money, immaculately clean, comfy beds, useful decent sized balcony, had everything you need and great location, very dog friendly, friendly staff would definitely stay here again!

Amazing views from the bar, staff are helpful and hotel is in a great area of town with parking

We had a family suite which was very roomy and well decked out. Service and cleanliness were first rate. It is a chain hotel so the decor is somewhat formulaic, however they have made a lot of effort to give a fresh and modern feel. Parking is tight, with a car lift - if your a Brit I'd reverse in as the controls are on the left as you enter.

Convenient location, excellent service. Rooms are great and service is always exceptional.

We had already paid up front so we are really unhappy.

Well presented, clean and the reception team were great..... However, parking is available but I'd get there early, get parked up then explore and then check in... The underground parking is a nightmare... Fans of Alice in Wonderland can sit in the lounge area and read. Breakfast was continental style and very tasty.

Good hotel with a modern twist to the chain model. Very spacious bathrooms, great shower and a good restaurant on top with great views of Reims. Car parking on site but don't even think about roof top boxes.

Appalling customer service by one of the reception staff!!
Turned up on our return journey from a week skiing trip after driving for around 9 hours, to find that the car park height was 2m's high, I went in to speak to the reception staff before checking in to see if we could try to get in the hotel car as we had a roof box on the car. They said we couldn't even try and advised to go to the public car park, where we found the height to only be 185cms high, which was lower than the hotel car park which they should have known.
I went back in and advised that it was actually lower and asked again if I could use the hotel car park to be told no and to find elsewhere to park.
We were not happy leaving the car in a public car park with the roof box filled with our belongings, so I advised we would not be staying. To which the receptionist was extremely rude and just said fine, there was no offer of help or advise of where else we could park securely.

I would suggest you train your staff to have manners and treat customers with respect not a dismissive and unhelpful behaviour.

Needless to say we won't be booking with Holiday inn again.

Breakfast = overprised.
People at the reception are correct but not more. You need to ask yourself about breakfast, restaurant..... rooms small but ok.

Room was basic and small. Breakfast very basic with American way. Did not see one staff at the breakfast room rhe whole time we had our breakfast. When we left inside the lift. One of the female staff with uniform ran in when the door about to closed. She did not say good morning or Hi. Same as the reception when we went in in the late evening. She just ignor with her head down. The whole place and staffs were cold with no personal touch what so ever. The room was so hot, No aircond or fan. The window can't be open. We turned off the heater and whole night were breathless. Certainly would be better in a small hotel next time. Never come back

Well placed, well run and very comfortable! From the funky lobby to the 7th floor panoramic restaurant/bar this is a great hotel. We didn't eat in the restaurant for dinner so I can't comment on the food but breakfast was a good buffet with plenty of choice - could be a bit more gluten free friendly, but I'm sure that's in the post !
