Tight room, i were on the 5th floor and there is no elevator, so much of noise outside

I don't know if this is just now, but unless you are really tight on budget; avoid this place at all cost

Rooms are OK in size and comfort but not so clean. Floor on some spaces feels like its about to break. Rain drainage hasn't been cleaned for ages...

I had a very nice experience. Of course it depends on what you are expecting. I just wanted a place to sleep while visiting Paris with my girlfriend. They often make an offer, if you book 4 night, they'll offer the fifth and free breakfast, which is, when traveling in two, a really good many saver. The area is not the best, but even though, nothing happened to make me feel I should not have booked. Everything was really good considering the price I paid.

Booked this place because it was a "value deal" but besides being cheap, it's really not worthy of anything else... Hotel is being also renovated even though no one said anything about it.

It is a value for money deal , the room was really clean bathroom as well , the girl from the reception was really nice, professional and helpful . The place is too close from the metro /bus .on the other hand, Mattress is really hard. Very thin walls, no elevator! "6/ 7 stories! Staircase is soo noisy..

Clean rooms and friendly staff. Bathroom door didn't close without slamming to jam shut and then having to shoulder your way out. Neighbourhood was a bit dirty but at no time did I feel unsafe as others have said although I can understand if you are not used to a bad neighbourhood it could be intimidating . Very convenient for metro station only about 50 meters away and one change to both the Louvre and Eiffel Tower. Would stay there again if I had to but not my first choice. Hence the three stars.

Not expensive, very close to metro and walking distance from Montmartre Basilica, rooms are clean. But very small rooms, wash-rooms are tiny and difficult to use, very noisy, you can hear almost every sound from neighbouring rooms and if someone walks in the corridor that sounds very loud.

The rooms were clean but with no a/c. Sometimes the hot water would not work or the water pressure would change. Having no a/c we had to leave windows open which was a problem in such a noisy neighborhood. Staff was polite and friendly.
