Very good location. Staff were friendly. We were on the fifth floor with a nice view of the square. From was clean. Shower was clean and hot.

Breakfast is OK. Rooms are quite small. No soundproof. Noisy. Heating is OK. Very close to train station but feels safe at night. Lots of places to eat. Huge shopping center 5 min walk

Room is a little Bit dark but clean and modern. Bed is not really very comfortable. Bathroom is very small but clean and modern. Location of the hotel - in front of the gare du Lille Flandres - is very nice. Breakfast - with a great view - is okay.

You can see from my profile that I have travelled well within Europe. So I book hotels well knowing the fact that the elevators will be small and that size of bathrooms will be small but this hotel takes it to the next level. The room we stayed probably has the smallest bathroom in the world and has sliding doors "yep right" which dont close well. Also the bed would have been great if it did not have a mattress as thin as a card board. This hotel is good for hobbits but dont recommend to humans.
