Simply exquisite. The entire staff are friendly and extremely attentive. We'd walk out for 20 minute or several hours and the room was refreshed every time (new towels, clean up, trash out, etc.). Mia at the front desk along with Patrick and Frederic (Concierge) were very helpful and informative, always suggesting great places to visit, or coordinating car and baggage services. If you want a five star experience, this is it. Superb!!

A very clean room ( great housekeeping service btw) and beautifully decorated. Only 3 minutes to Champs-Elysees, High-speed internet service, great air conditioning makes it one of the best 5 star hotels you can book. However, it can be a little noisy as the walls are not that soundproofing it seems.

Fantastic location and service has gotten better. I'm usually in Paris once every three months and it has become my regular hotel. But service was standard and business amenities non existent. Now service is pleasant and efficient but business traveller amenity are still non existent. Please better wifi and better breakfast selection. Rooms are comfortable with just the right temperature set.

My daughter and granddaughter stayed here in late June and had a wonderful experience. The room was great for three people. Much larger than rooms I have previously had in Paris. We had a great view of the Eiffel Tower as a bonus! The staff was wonderful. The concierge, Michel, was lovely and could not have been more friendly or helpful. The breakfast provided was very good and offered in a very comfortable setting each morning. Overall I can very highly recommend this hotel to anyone. It was very comfortable, a perfect location, and a great value overall. We'll be back!/
