La chambre est très simple mais propre. L'emplacement de l'hôtel n'est pas super idéal, mais au final ce n'est pas trop loin du centre d'Arras. Ma seule vraie critique porte sur les draps ; ils sont de basse qualité et rappellent un sac en plastique.

Very bad service at the restaurant. The opening time is till 22:00. But when you arrive at 21:15, they are unfriendly. You have to be very quick. Not even "good evening". And they put the drinks and food on the table without saying anything.

Room smelt of cigarettes and the kettle had vinegar in it. Considerate of our family though and put us in a room not facing the road.

Hard to find. No air conditioner. Otherwise very good. Service was excellent.

Room nice and cheaper other, staff good, I was there 27march 2016. It is holiday,, then not many people in Hotel, I feel lonely then..:-))

Hôtel et restaurant tout à fait correct.
Les chambres mériteraient un rafraichissement et l'insonorisation est à revoir...

Much bigger than the last hotel of the same chain. Wonderful staff, excellent accommodations and awesome food! Only issue is the wifi not being able to accommodate many people at once
