We enjoyed our one night at Hôtel Cecyl - it was centrally located, comfortable, spacious, and attended by helpful staff. Request to stay in a "02" (e.g. 102, etc.) room for a three pane picture window view! They accommodated our request to check in early. And they are pet friendly. Check their specials on their website because the prices could be lower than on travel websites.

Simple hotel, price in comparison. Friendly staff. Wifi not very good, poor reception in room. Small room and shower cubicle only suitable for small people. They do an effort though.

My experience wasn't great. First night was tough with the hotel's decorative coloured light lighting up the room. Windows really need to be double glazed to suppress the noise from the street. The bathroom shelf under the mirror can't be used to stack your toiletries. Tiny shower. Heating unit is jammed up against the bed.

The hotel front desk clerk was really friendly and helpful giving us tips to organise our tourist trip over the weekend. The room had been renovated, really clean and spacious, same for the bathroom. There are plenty of restaurants in the neighborhood plus a shopping mall next door if you need snacks and supply for your touristic tours of the Reims region. It's well located at a walking distance of all the downtown landmarks.

I stay there for one Night, everyone was very Kind even i had real Problems the Stuff showed Humanity and Understanding for a Tourist in a very bad difficult Situation they accepted me, the room was very clean, Breakfast was also very good and rich, i wanna wish all the Personal a Happy and blessed Eastern. Nice staff, but the carpeting of the rooms needs replacement. Be Carefull, if you stay in one of the corner rooms, will get no WiFi at all. Also, please be warned the rooms have no AC!!

Great location with parking, quirky rooms, good water pressure for a great shower!
