The elevator was tiny and took about 5 minutes to come to the first and third floor and everytime I would go on it would stop and bounce as if it were about to drop several floors, which is not a good expereince from the start. When I first walked in there was a HUGE DISGUSTING BROWN STAIN on the the carpet. The rooms were small and there was no place to put my suitcase or plug in anything into an outlet. The wifi was very slow. The bathroom was old and dated, the shower head was broken which made it almost impossible to take a shower without water spraying all over the bathroom floor, the bathtub was small and dirty, and the bathroom door had no lock which made me walk in on someone. The breakfast was terrible with just cheap crappy cereal and some small sandwiches. The breakfast room was extremely hot with no windows or air conditioner not to mention there was also no toaster to toast bread. Cheap mediocre hotel not worth the money.

Basic hotel in a good spot. Staff were friendly and helpful. It was clean also. No way to keep anything cool as there are no fridges in the room or ice machines.

Great location, good breakfast and very quiet. Staff was excellent except for one housekeeper who came in and cleaned when we did not ask for it then also took the change we had sitting on the bureau.

Very friendly and helpful staff, rooms, whilst not big, were clean and pleasant. Great central location right in the centre of Bordeaux.

Nice location but really hard to find if you are driving and even harder to find parking on the street.,we used the underground parking nearby... rooms are clean and comfy but a bit small, staff is very friendly and helped us with all the time, free Wi-fi and breakfast, is a good value..and in walking distance of the river and interesting points
