Clean and serviceable room. Plenty of street noise. Neighborhood is a little tuff. Don't park in garage as it is not monitored and car vandalized.

Très mauvais accueil surtout si vous venez depuis un site de réservation en ligne. Si cela pose problème ne pas prendre ce genre de resa. Hôtel vieillissant et mal entretenu ( salle de bains carrelage cassé et barre de douche absente)
Pourtant Petit déjeuner correct et emplacement privilégié face à la cathédrale de reims

Easy Check-in helpful staff giving instructions for parking and helping with luggage.
The Hotel is classic, old yes, a bit run down yes, but we felt like we had stepped back in time. The view from the window of the Cathedral was overwhelming. Comfortable bed, large modern shower and wc. We did not sample restaurant for dinner or petite dejuner. Would definitely go again. (Check our Cultur Cafe next door!)

Don't have breakfast - its 8 Euro's per person... Just think what you could have around the corner for 16 Euro's!...

Shoddy carpets but clean linen, usable shower but not 'nice'... If you only want a place to put your head, it is right near the cathedral and in the city centre. There is a very useful underground car park just around the corner and the Lady that manages it is very nice.

People is ok. Location is ok. Bathroom, stairs, room isn't ok. About stairs we knew in advance. But bathroom state and size of room was " surprise mother*****r". Ok for one night, not ok in warm period of year, or elderly people.

Partly my fault as I did not check but no lift had walk to walk up with luggage and my wife has alzhiemers and struggled with a couple of steps let alone narrowing steps

Would recommend if your travelling on a budget.

Its ok. Needs air conditioning. Good proximity to most thongs. Short walk from station.
