Disappointing hotel ! The only thing good is the location, because is very close to the cathedral for the rest is not ok. The parking place is to far and 15 €/day. Breakfast not included in the price. Very small rooms but clean. They should be more explicit about everything !

Small, basic room, a bit grubby. Very central location though, and also quite cheap, so with good reason.

Pleasant hotel, with helpful staff, good location, and good breakfast (€11 extra). Despite being in a very quiet area (right next to the cathedral) the walls are thin, and the floorboards creaky, so light sleepers may be disturbed during the night.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff is nice, the hotel is very well located as it is right next to the cathedral, in the old town centre. And there's a little cat, so cute! The price was decent as we reserved a room online. Be careful though ! The breakfast is not included in the offer and, although good, is expensive.

Centrally located with parking on the street around the corner. Friendly hotel cat and the easiest and hassle-free check in that I had in Europe (stayed in 40 hotels and this is tied for the best) Nice period room with comfortable bed. Great sleep after five nights of poor sleep in Paris.

Decent value regarding room size for the price. Some amenities missing though (namely climate control) that would detract this property during the summer months and local parking (need to use public parking structure 0.25 mi away). Other than that, friendly service and no problems encountered during stay.

An adorable and charming small hotel in a fantastic location. Rooms are cozy and the building is a little old but it's all part of the charm. Friendly hotel cat, too!

The hotel is also old and in need of renovation.

While making a booking by phone, the receptionist offered us a standard room which she said was a smaller sized room than a superior room. After we reached the hotel, we were completely shocked when we saw the room. The only thing that separated the bed and WC was a flimsy curtain. The WC and a small cubicle (shower) were behind the door as we entered the room and we had paid Euro 72 for this room!!
The hotel staff also did not inform us that we needed a code to get into the premises at night. We got locked out and had to call the hotel to let us in.
Next morning, we addressed the standard room issue with the owner and all we got was a "sorry, not much we can do about it, this happens".
In short, they don't care about customers. Its brisk business. Complaints are not going to get you anywhere either. Just accept it or LEAVE was what we were told.
