Parking: If you get a parking spot in front of the hotel the night before, parking is free until 9am.

Room: Facilites leave much to be desired. Room and hallways need to be aired out *much* more often. Bathroom (toilet) is mini and the light was broken. The separate shower room had a broken accordian door, a compartment shower also with broken doors and a shower head fixture which was practically falling off the wall. Shower loaded with black mildew in all corners.

Great location below the citadel with firsthand views over the "Rocher de la Baume". Large terrace. Classic French food. Perfect for a quick drink/meal. Doubles as a hotel too.

Again - budget - but nice and clean and with a stunning position in Sisteron overlooking the Durance and mountains. Friendly staff - ask for a room with a view - and settle down on the terrace with a bottle of wine and terrific scenery.

With beautiful views of Sisteron the Citadelle and surrounding countryside this hotel is a hidden gem. Close to shops and food, definitely worth the stay.

Sightseeing: If you get in after 6pm the path up to the citadelle is closed off.

Location super! A corner room with super view of river and rock formation. From outside the hotel is charming and you are directly beneath the citadelle.

We stopped in to have a couple glasses of vino after a long drive through the French Alps. The view is absolutely stunning from the terrace. The staff, manager/owner were all very nice. The bar area is very nice too! Loved it!!
