The nicest place to stay in the old city of Carcassonne. Rooms are spacious and beautifully laid out, the food is fantastic and the location cannot be beat!

Really, really nice hotel. The room was beautiful. The amenities are fantastic. And you really could not have a better spot that right in the middle of the old city of Carcassonne. Can be a little tough to find by car (instructions could be better), but the valets are wonderful. Nothing but top-notch service here. Of course, it will cost you. But if you can afford a night to splurge, it's worth it.

Beautiful location in historical atmosphere. Food and Service at it best. We had a management workshop there, could perfectly focus on our topics and enjoyed the breaks and meals. Nothing to criticize.

We had a very nice stay in this hotel. Friendly staff, nice room and a great breakfast buffet. I highly reccomend it!

Amazing experience. Probably the best hotel I have visited in the past 10 years. Cant fault the hotel at all, food great, staff were amazing. I would recommend to anyone. Stayed in the Neo-Gothic Suite, comfortably the best hotel room I have stayed in. GO THERE NOW!!!
