Hotel staff were very nice. Room size was ok, pretty typical for my experience in Paris. We didn't try the breakfast buffet, at 13 Euros per person, but instead walked around the corner to a boulangerie and bought a selection of pastries for four Euros fifty. The hotel is in the Latin Quarter, but it's still a metro ride from the high-traffic entertainment areas. The only downside is the location, which is pretty sketchy. We encountered aggressive panhandlers and people urinating in the street within about twenty feet of the front door, at 7am on a Sunday morning.

Disappointing breakfast - very little option and very crammed. There was almost nothing to choose from when we got there and the lady (who only spoke French and Spanish) had to make us eggs when we arrived.
There is a lot of noise from the hallways, the other rooms and sometimes the road as well.
The bed is, however, very comfortable and the shower is great. Cleaning could be better. The hotel is okay situated as it is close to a metro station but otherwise far away from central Paris.

In terms of location, the hotel is situated between two metro stations so it was very convenient to visit other districts. I was pretty disappointed in the size of the room..the Agoda pictures made the room looked A LOT bigger than it actually was (but they took it with a wide angle camera so I blame myself for not looking at it more carefully). We had two medium size suitcases and I was only able to open one of them since we had no space. The hotel itself looked pretty dated; the rooms probably were renovated not too long ago but it still possessed an "old" smell. The room I got initially was really noisy since it faced the train station so I asked for a room change, but the second room I got had broken lights.. so I pretty much just stayed in the dark. Overall, I didn't like this hotel too much.

Great location close to the metro station, food and tourist attractions. Very clean cozy rooms. Helpful staff.

Welcoming. One of the best power showers I've used in a hotel ever. Fairly noisy at the front of the hotel but good sound proofing. Heating and AC. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Convenient for Paris Austerlitz 5 min walk. Would stay again.

Great hotel, brand-new refurbishment. Very handily placed. Friendly staff. Only complaint is the rooms were really hot, even when we turned-off all the heating.

Great little boutique hotel. Super easy to access the Notre-Dame.
Friendly area with lots of bars and cafes around.

I don't dislike it. It is small for superior rooms, AC always off but still gurgled, road noise from room 503

Clean, comfortable and convenient Hotel for Paris Sightseeing. Great stay. Will come back!
