Don't stay here unless you really need to. We spent one night at this place august 22-23. The male owner was very grumpy when he "welcomed us", no AC in the room, broken blinds, uncomfortable bed and the breakfast was awful.

Accueil et convivialité ne sont pas au rendez-vous, serveur ne connaissant pas le plat du jour, vin éxcecrable tiré au cubi, portions tout juste bonnes pour rassasier un enfant, dessert industriel, trop d'attente et peu d'attention... Restaurant décevant. A ne pas recommander.

Yes it was a good price and yes it was a fine enough pomp-frites and certainly a better looking places than a number of the other locations around

Anyhoo. This was a recommended place by car touring groups we know as a simple basic pomme-frites restaurant and for a good price

Odd. This is shown on google maps on the wrong side of the English place

Staff were friendly even though we arrived late, we were also staying at one of the hotels on the square, and had a fine enough meal with a decent bottle of red

Hotel très propre très bon accueil d'Isabelle et de Fabrice, je recommande cet établissement familial au centre de castellane.
Je reviendrai avec plaisir l'année prochaine.
