I found the setting and the hotel itself rather gloomy! Exterior photos suggested a much more spacious setting. The room was adequate and the ensuite very good. There was a party of young people celebrating by the pool, just below my room with singing and loud laughter; but, in fairness, this stopped at 11.00 - which was fine! However, there were other people outside shouting and drinking pretty well all night!
Positives were the friendliness of all the staff, the very good restaurant, where I had an excellent dinner, and the breakfast room and quality of the breakfast!
Would I return? Probably not!

Très bon séjour passé dans cet hôtel. Nous avions les petits déjeuners compris : copieux , sucré, salé, choix divers et très bons. La terrasse pour s'y installer est parfaite. Pouvoir prendre le petit déjeuner au soleil c'est top !!
Le personnel est génial : accueillant, agréable, de bons conseils et disponible
Je recommande aussi les massages !!
On est très rapidement dans le joli centre historique de la ville
L’hôtel est calme et silencieux

seul petit bémol le bassin intérieur est un peu petit ( on rentre à 6-7 personnes assises )

A part ce détails rien à dire !!!

Hot tub on our own private patio overlooking the hotel grounds...need I say more? Lovely staff, cute town, and great breakfast.

This was a preview trip, as we are staying again in May/June with many family members; for a wedding nearby. We were very pleased with the hotel and all that it had to offer and we appreciated the staff's willingness to show us different categories of rooms that family members would be using. We did not use many of the facilities on this short trip - but the restaurant was superb.

We enjoyed our stay at your hotel a lot. The reception was very good and the information given very professional and friendly. The location is ideal, as the bridge to the downtown area makes it very easy to enter the city. We were there for the Valentines weekend , so we had no chance to try the restaurant, but the breakfast was very good with lots of choices.The room was quiet with a very good bed and a nice bathroom. If any comment I would suggest to close the gap on the left hand side of the sink in the shower area, as one of our items fell in between the sink and the wall
Overall a very pleasant stay and we will be back to stay with you when we are in the area..

We found the staff very welcoming ,particularly Cecilia who spoke excellent English and was extremely helpful. Nothing was too much problem. Our room was quite large and was well equipped with a kitchenette and Fridge and a sofa and small table and chairs. Our only problems was with the shower which was very small and very close to the toilet which all became wet when using the shower. Also we found the beds uncomfortable and my wife and I did not sleep very well and I suffered badly with back ache each morning.Also it would have been nice if the TV had had a few English language channels. The swimming pool was very small and we did not use it

It was a perfect stay. We had the Voltaire suite for a family of 4 and it was just right for us. The rooftop hot-tub was also great. The staff were very helpful and obliging to every request.

Hôtel magnifique, un très bon accueil, très belle chambre pour profiter d'un week-end en amoureux. Seul bémol, la douche en face des toilettes sans vitre qui sépare est assez gênant. Et aussi une petite bouteille d'eau pour deux seulement n'est pas suffisant. En plus la piscine extérieure étant en maintenance nous n'avons pas pu en profiter ce qui est dommage pour le prix payé ! Sinon petit déjeuner très copieux et bon. Je recommande cet endroit qui se situe à deux minute du centre ville.

Very welcoming staff. Spacious, clean and beautiful rooms. Only downside, the stairs up to the apartment. But this was a minor inconvenience. Overall a beautiful stay.
