I called the hotel to book a sea view room with a king size bed but when I arrived, I found out that it was not a sea view room with two beds. The staff is always busy. And there is no parking place since the parking is public. Not recommend and not worth the money.

Surprisingly few parking spaces but otherwise fine. Staff very friendly and helpful. Restaurant service is quick and The food is to a good standard.

Nice hotel. Basic rooms with great sea view. Ate in restaurant and very good.Bit pricey but worth it in my opinion.

We spent two nights at the Ibis Le Touquet (friday 20th and saturday 21st october 2017) in room 129. We chose not to have breakfast as it is way too expensive (If you have to provide your own soya milk for ex) 12€ just for a coffe and a yogurt! The bar staff are nice enough but found the staff at reception wanting in their customer skills! I was bitten in several places in bed ( legs-shoulder-armpit) and trying to find something in the bed, I looked under the bed and found a rentokil tablet for insects! Which proves that they have an infestation of.... Bed bugs? A bug fell on me from the roof in the swimming pool! To cut a long story short, the young chap at reception shrugged it off (whilst answering the phone in the middle of our conversation). I did not speak to a manager and no refund was offered. The bedroom floor was dirty, and soaking wet near the window. We have been going on and off to this hotel since it opened years ago and they have not changed the carpets nor have they refurbished the rooms. Rooms are basic and decrepit for a 3 star hotel. The corridors smell of drains and of mould. Just because the hotel has great views does not justify low standards and extortionate prices. We will not go there again. I advise you go to another hotel inLe Touquet and go the beach for the views!!

I hate these kind of impersonal, plastic-like corporate hotels that pretend to be posh, but charge you for every last fart. It probably would have helped if we had that the sea view.
